In each ch-1 space from Rnd 3: work (5-dc popcorn, ch 1). Then, into the 2nd through 5th dc of each 6-dc group from Rnd 4, work 4 BLO sc. Ch 1, skip the last dc of the group. Repeat around (12 repeats). Join.

Rnd 6

Working in BLO of the 4 BLO sc from Rnd 5 (skip the popcorn stitches): in each set of 4 BLO sc, work (dc, ch 1) four times. Repeat around - 12 groups of (dc, ch 1) x4. Join.

Rnd 7 - Decorative petal row

In each group from Rnd 6:

  • FLO sc in first dc.
  • In next ch-1 space, work 3 dc.
  • Skip next dc.
  • In the following ch-1 space (middle), work (2 dc, picot, 2 dc).
  • Skip next dc.
  • In next ch-1 space (3rd), work 3 dc.
  • FLO sc in last dc.
  • Then FLO sc through the Rnd 5 popcorn stitch (directly below).

Repeat 12 times. Join.

Rnd 8 - Behind the petals

In the ch-1 space behind each FLO sc from Rnd 7:

  • Work (dc, ch 1, dc, ch 1, dc) - 3 dc separated by ch-1.
  • Then into the next group of dc from Rnd 6: sc in 2nd dc, ch 2, sc in 3rd dc.

Repeat 12 times. Join.
